
Our Store Policies
We founded Queen Bae's Bundles with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
1. Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by photos presenting evidence of damaged product(s).
3. We recommend that you send your returned item(s) with couriers that can be tracked online. Customers will pay for return shipping cost unless the wrong items were sent or there were issues with the quality as soon as you receive product(s). Queen Bae's Bundles will not be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Returned items that are not in the same condition they were sent will not be refunded No Exceptions. Please note you must contact us at Queenbaesbundles@Gmail.com before returning products, failure to do so without notifying us will not be refunded.
5.Please contact us after sending your package back, providing us with the tracking information so can keep track of your return. Once items returned are inspected and qualify for return, the refund process will start which should take between 7-14 business days. Refunds will be returned on the payment method used to purchase the items.
